About Our Client
A leading property company focused on refurbishment of social housing across the UK.
Job Description
The Contract Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery of several refurbishment schemes in the Yorkshire and North East area focused on kitchens, bathrooms, windows and doors alongside fire safety works. They will oversee both direct and sub contracted labour, and will be the main interface with the client. Reporting to the Branch Manager.
The Successful Applicant
The Contract Manager will currently be working for a main contractor in the social housing sector, with excellent commercial acumen and customer facing skills. They will also possess strong technical knowledge.
