Contract Supervisor required for housing refurbishment scheme.
About Our Client
A leading contractor in the social housing sector.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for kitchen and bathroom improvements schemes encompassing traditional housing, apartment blocks and extra-care facilities.
They will ensure that the contracts are run on time, to budget and in line with HSE requirements. Regular liaison with the client will also be required as well as strong cooperation with the commercial team.
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 years experience in a Site Manager or Supervisor role in the social housing refurbishment sector.
