The client are a well established, and well respected specialist food brand. They actually have 2 separate brands under their portfolio with the mission of bringing the best possible meals and ingredients from around the world directly to the consumer! They're booming in a booming industry and have the investment to back it up! They've grown their specialist digital team from 1 to 7 over the course of the last 5 months and want to add to it once again! The important word hear is add - this is a brand new role.
Job Description
The Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist will be responsible for
- Manage onsite capability, ensuring constant adapting through effective A/B & MV Testing to ensure sales funnel optimisation
- Utilising GA to study customer onsite behaviour as well as heat mapping tools, to find effective solutions to enhance conversion and reduce bounce rate
- Lead, coach and manage direct report - onsite merchandiser - with the view of succession planning
- Develop and implement test and learn strategy for the digital team to continue evolving as a unit
- KPIs such as Conversion rate, AOV, ATV, Bounce rate, LTV etc.
- Work with Head of Growth on new personalisation tools, help select and implement personalisation software to ensure best in class customer experience
- Advise and inform on commercial decisions such as pricing strategy etc. which will lead to further revenue generation
- Work closely with lead designer and developer to assist in improving and evolving the websites.
- Optimising both brands under the umbrella across 2 separate shopify sites.
- Adding to the brilliant, fun and friendly culture in their London office (2-3 days a week)
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist will
- Be well versed in the world of ecommerce
- Have experience of ownership of core commercial ecommerce KPIS, CR, AOV, ATV, Bounce rate and LTV.
- Be a super used within Google Analytics
- Ideally have some experience utilising a personalisation tool
- Ideally have used or at least understand 1 or more coding languages
- Be an eager solutions focussed tester, constantly trying to find solutions to problems which may as of yet be undiscovered
- Constantly think about site evolution and improvement
- Be able to commute to London 2-3 days a week!
