Job Description

  • Provide paralegal support for staircasing and resales within the property sector.
  • Prepare legal documents and agreements related to property transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on the latest property laws and regulations.
  • Manage client interactions and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate with the legal team to ensure seamless operations.
  • Handle administrative duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Staircasing and Resale Paralegal should have:

  • A degree in Law or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of property laws and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A detail-oriented approach with strong organisational skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
