Job Description

This is a broad corporate finance role assisting with Transaction Services and Lead Advisory engagements. In M&A this will involve working directly with the Directors for a large variety of businesses in the Thames Valley. In Transaction services you will be responsible for Financial Due Diligence assignments working with Corporate and Private Equity clients.

The Corporate Finance Manager will have responsibility for day-to-day management of specific corporate finance engagements as well as managing project timetables and resourcing, with appropriate delegation and provision of support to junior members of staff. The role will involve developing strong business relationships and playing a key part in the growth and development of the Corporate Finance team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a qualified chartered accountant (ACA or ACCA) with proven experience working within Corporate Finance, in particular M&A and Transactional Services. You will have successfully managed projects from planning to completion, demonstrating a good understanding of corporate finance deal structures and completion mechanisms. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
