Corporate M&A Role within a Start up Gaming Business

About Our Client
A growing tech start up within the gaming space with an ambitious acquisition strategy.
Job Description
The Corporate M&A Counsel will be a stand alone position within this technology business. It will report into the Head of Legal but will lead on all M&A activity from London.
The Corporate M&A Counsel will be responsible for preparing and negotiate
- heads of agreements
- investment agreements
- articles of association
- other documents relevant to investment deals
- loan documentation and associated documents
- joint venture activity & documentation
The Successful Applicant
The ideal Corporate M&A Counsel will be a UK qualified solicitor having obtained excellent training a leading and recognised law firm.
You will have c3+ years PQE*
You will be an experience corporate M&A solicitor advising on broad range of acquisitions & joint ventures.
Ideally you will have had an in-house secondment.
You will be:
- looking to make a move in-house
- confident to run deals but also manage external counsel where necessary
This role will be suited to a mid level lawyer looking to get some autonomy but remain within a team environment.
