They is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented paralegal to join its Corporate team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate real estate matters, supporting a diverse client base that includes entrepreneurs, high-growth businesses, and international investors.

Job Description

  • Assist with corporate transactions such as M&A, shareholder agreements, and restructures.
  • Support due diligence processes, draft ancillary documentation, and manage post-completion tasks.
  • Contribute to corporate real estate transactions, including share and asset purchases.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external counsel to ensure smooth transaction delivery.
  • Engage with international clients and legal networks on cross-border matters.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Participate in team briefings and contribute to process improvements.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous experience in a corporate legal environment, ideally with exposure to M&A.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to take initiative.
