About Our Client

The client is a national law firm with offices across the UK. The firm has recorded impressive growth over the last ten years and has an established corporate team in Yorkshire focusing on M & A and PE work.

Job Description

The Corporate Partner will deal with a range of responsibilities including;

  • Providing expert advice on corporate law matters, including mergers, acquisitions and PE deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Working with the existing Corporate Partners with management of the junior fee earners.
  • Working closely with the wider national corporate team
  • Cross selling with other teams in Leeds



The Successful Applicant

The successful Corporate Partner should have:

  • A track record in Corporate as a Partner or Legal Director
  • A client following and contacts in Yorkshire
  • A background in M & A and PE deals
  • Proven ability to manage complex legal transactions and lead negotiations.
  • Excellent client management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities within a legal team setting.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
