Job Description

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve corporate objectives
  • Manage key client relationships and participate in closing strategic business deals
  • Identify potential corporate clients and develop proposals to attract new business
  • Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of sales activities
  • Provide regular sales forecasts to management
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and manage quality of product and service delivery

The Successful Applicant

A successful Corporate Sales Manager should have:

  • A solid educational background in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage key customer relationships and close strategic opportunities
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
