About Our Client
There are 50 people in tax, with about 20 people in Corporate Tax.
The role will be to raise the profile of the Tax Division within the firm and with new and existing clients.
The is a predominantly an advisory role, though at times there might be a requirement to review the more junior staffs tax returns though there will be no compliance requirements on your own portfolio.
Job Description
They have a mix of clients, AIM listed, OMB clients with some cross border activity.
This role will be key in supporting the Partner in developing and growing the tax business.
The Successful Applicant
To be considered for this role you will need to have at least 8 years' experience within corporate tax in a professional services environment
You will also ideally have the ACA/CTA qualification
You will have experience in corporate reorganisations, group tax planning, international tax planning and shareholder exit strategies.
