Job Description

  • Conducting detailed cost analysis and preparing reports for management.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to establish cost standards and budget.
  • Implementing cost tracking mechanisms to monitor expenditures.
  • Recommending cost-effective solutions to improve profitability.
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of financial forecasts.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
  • Providing input in business decisions with cost-related insights.
  • Performing ad-hoc analyses and projects as requested.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Cost Analyst should have:

  • Prior experience working within Asset Management is a must
  • A professional accountancy qualification, ICAS, ACCA, CIMA, etc
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with various teams.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
