As the Country Manager - Sales & Operations of a disruptive and high-growth SaaS business, you will innovatively tackle challenges and effortlessly move from strategic thinking and planning into being hands-on with daily operations. You will lead and work collaboratively with colleagues to drive all operations aspects of the business.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Country Manager - Sales & Operations will have an exceptional track record in sales operations with a data-driven approach to decisions. You will ideally have worked in an enterprise-scale business and made the transition to a high growth entrepreneurial business, or be highly capable and passionate to make this move.You will already be a Country Manager - Sales & Operations and be seen as a highly credible leader with the stature and experience to operate at the main Board level. You will have the ability to plan and manage strategic and operational levels with a deep understanding of growing B2B business and leadership teams to make a difference.You will be personally robust and resilient to operate in a fast-moving environment, have the judgement to constructively challenge peers and operate effectively with a high degree of independence.Ideally based in the North West, you will have the drive, self-motivation and action-orientated approach to successfully work in a high growth business. You will be seeking a people and values-based business that has created a collaborative and vibrant working environment. Successful background in SaaS-based products would be desirable.
What's on Offer
Basic salary £110,000 - £130,000 (DOE) plus bonus, benefits and incentives.
