Your duties will include:Overseeing the management of financial affairs of incapacitated individuals.Working closely with Deputyship team in the provision of advice and legal representation.Handling complex Court of Protection matters.Advising clients on statutory will applications.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.Contributing to the development and growth of the department.The Successful ApplicantA successful Court of Protection Solicitor should have between 3-6 PQE in this area.
