As an experienced senior creative you'll firstly be a leader. They need someone with real vision and purpose to make them better and help them grow across the media & agency space.
As the Creative Group Head you'll thrive on solving problems ensuring that ideas and angles stem from strong insight into how consumers behave across a broad range of channels.
You'll work in partnership with the head of strategy and lead the creation of central, conceptual ideas for brands. They may be an overarching strategy, include a content hub or even act as a platform to re-position a full brand offering.
Ideally you'll be treading the boards at an agency with a strong, joined up mentality or be stuck somewhere that you've outgrown and want a lot more. This might be W. Yorkshire, Manchester, London or even much further afield. Either way you'll now be seeking something new...
The Successful Applicant
This isn't a role for the feint hearted and as the Creative Group Head will suit someone who has really mastered their craft but still plenty to learn and improve.
You'll have grown up in and fully embraced the digital landscape as a creative be that performance, data, content and brand and will be able to join the dots when it comes to helping businesses stand out from the crowd in their sector.
Make them think bigger and in a different, less conventional way and you're half way there.
