Job Description

  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
  • Process and allocate incoming payments accurately.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions and client communications.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries promptly.
  • Prepare and distribute regular debtors' reports to management.
  • the accounting team with credit control-related tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Credit Control Clerk should have:

  • Experience in credit control within the accounting and finance sector.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
