About Our Client
Our client is a leading multi-national company who are currently going through a large digital transformation project and need an experienced CRM & Digital Executive to support the team.
The CRM Digital Executive will be responsible for the following:
- The CRM & Digital Executive will work closely with the Campaigns Director to implement an effective and transformational CRM customer communications program.
Working on the CRM Marketing Budget
- Responsible for mapping and documenting all automated customer journeys, including communications, content, data selections and offers.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will be need the following skills and attributes:
- Experience of working within a marketing department, managing a CRM communications program
- Experience of working with CRM system/databases - preferably Oracle Sales Cloud / Responsys
- Experience of managing external marketing agencies, ideally a CRM or Creative agency
- Experience of project and/or campaign management which has involved influencing and gaining buy in from several different stakeholders (internal and external)
- Design skills to develop assets for email and digital channels
- Experience of working with analytical platforms and data measurement
