Job Description

As a CRM Executive will be responsible for supporting the CRM & Insight Manager in the delivery and optimisation of the Marketing Communications strategy.

  • You will be responsible for engaging in business wide digital initiatives with colleagues across the organisation.
  • Ensure that all email communications are innovative and industry leading, with personalisation and data at the heart of all campaigns as well as adhering to design guidelines.
  • Work with the campaign and communication teams to be actively involved in planning content, in order to ensure that our customers receive the best holistic communications experience.
  • Ideally you would have used Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CDP or Google Analytics (would also be beneficial to the role, but not essential).
  • You will be responsible for measuring and growing CRM team KPIs and will also have direct access to customer data from the CRM within Salesforce CDP and Marketing Cloud so needs a good understanding of GDPR and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

As a CRM Executive/ Email Marketing Executive you would have;

  • Proven experience in a CRM or marketing communications with end-to-end campaign management experience
  • Knowledge of CRM best practice, data driven campaigns and how CRM can grow customer engagement
  • Ability to write content for CRM campaigns especially across email
  • Hands on experience working with email service/marketing automation platforms, e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud (desirable), Hubspot, Force24, IBM / Silverpop
  • Ability to organise and prioritise effectively with keen attention to detail
  • Stakeholder relationship and communication skills
