The CRM Marketing Manager will be joining a great organisation in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector who are pushing a huge focus on CRM and the customer based near Kingston upon Thames with flexible working.
The CRM Marketing Manager will deliver customer loyalty and retention activity, key responsibilities include:
- Develop the customer segmentation strategy
- Creation of engaging email campaigns, creating copy, imagery etc..
- Agency management
- Campaign performance analysis
- Development of the customer journey
- Data quality analysis
The Successful Applicant
To be right for the CRM Marketing Manager role you will have a track record in working with an ESP, creating and executing email campaigns and campaign analysis.
