CRM Programme Manager - Permanent

The successful candidate will / may be required to / do / be / have:

• Liaise with multiple stakeholder groups in understanding, translating and solidifying requirements
• Identify and effectively utilise data to support decision-making
• Discovery, TOM, devise business cases
• Build a small, crack team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to create the Programme
• Liaise with 3rd party providers / external companies - Go to market for organisation-wide CRM system.
• Tie together multiple legacy systems and procedures into one central operating system

The successful applicant will have experience of delivery lifecycles and will have worked on business change or large technical initiatives in order to deliver defined outcomes and tangible benefits. Strong stakeholder management and the ability to demonstrate the value of utilising methodologies, without allowing the project management to become the project, will be key to keeping stakeholders engaged and supported.
