Michael Page Technology have partnered with one of the leading professional services organisations to support them with their growth plans with the recruitment of a CRM Programme Manager.

Job Description

As CRM Programme Manager you will manage the end-to-end delivery of the CRM Programme in line with the IT Strategic Plan and will support the Head of Programme Delivery to deliver the CRM Programme:

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating cross-departmental activities and resources to bring together all aspects of the CRM Programme to deliver in line with plans and timelines.
  • Managing the CRM Programme budget, status reporting and communications, risk and issue management to ensure successful delivery of benefits of the Programme.
  • Evaluation & selection of 3rd party Implementation Partner
  • Managing the solution configuration, testing & rollout
  • Planning the CRM Programme within the Portfolio Management process
  • Use of project management methodologies, systems and practices to plan and execute the CRM Programme in agreed timescales
  • Managing communication with business stakeholders and the IT Management Team
  • Managing 3rd party supplier relationships

The Successful Applicant

Skills & Experience required:

  • Proven experience delivering Business Change programmes.
  • IT Project Manager who is adaptable and resilient.
  • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team via matrix management
  • Stakeholder management with C level executives
  • Strong experience of working closely and successfully with IT Managers
  • Confidence in managing costs and commercial aspects of projects
  • Working with 3rd party partners were necessary to deliver projects.
  • Experience of planning and managing IT projects from conception to delivery
  • Ability to liaise with projects stakeholders and communicate clearly.



What's on Offer

  • £70,000 to £90,000 plus excellent benefits
