Reporting directly in to the Marketing Director and supporting the local business units, the Customer Experience Manager will be a CRM specialist responsible for defining and developing the customer journey, focusing on customer and market segmentation and feeding this insight into overall marketing and communications plans. You will also lead research, coordinating outsourced specialists and agencies and translating findings and insight into actionable and value adding outputs whilst also leading the CRM communications programme. You'll have the support of one direct report - a CRM Executive.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a bit of a hybrid of skills. You'll have:
- the insight experience to be able spot opportunities in the consumer market
- the CRM experience to segment and target the market though data
- the creativity to design impactful customer campaigns that will impact the customer journey
- the know-how to tie everything in with the core business message and brand
You will be a polished CRM professional, and our client will be open on sector experience as long as you are coming from a consumer facing business.
