Job Description

  • Assist customers with product selection and provide detailed information about available options.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries, both in person and through other communication channels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product range to offer accurate advice.
  • Resolve product issues efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Support the team in achieving service targets.
  • Keep customer records updated in the system to track interactions and preferences.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations in the Leeds location.
  • Adhere to company policies and uphold high standards of customer service at all times.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Customer Product Advisor should have:

  • Previous experience in a customer product specialist or engineering role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
