Job Description

The Customer Technology Services Manager, (Hammersmith and Fulham), will:

  • Work closely with the customer's partners, and internal teams (technical consulting, product engineering services, customer support) ensuring mutual objectives are met in support of client satisfactions.
  • Solve day to day customer requests that cannot be solved by helpdesk.
  • Continuously improve helpdesk's knowledge on hotel and partner IT issues that can be delegated as level 1 issues moving forward.
  • Recommend technology strategies, policies and procedures, identifying benefits and problems as well as anticipating requirements.
  • Monitor and improve services delivered by the company and suppliers, creating improvement plans where necessary.
  • Communicate consistently and clearly with customers throughout the customer lifecycle, escalating important issues where needed.
  • Be in charge of all technical aspects of opening hotels, managing third party suppliers involved.

The Successful Applicant

The Customer Technology Services Manager, (Hammersmith and Fulham), will have:

  • Strong LAN and WAN experience;
  • Excellent desktop and hardware knowledge, desktop and laptops, including SCCM/ Jamf
  • Excellent customer/ stakeholder management experience
  • Strong time management skill and calm under time restraints.
  • Good commercial acumen and awareness.
  • Previous helpdesk/ VIP Customer support experience, ideally experience solving third line issues
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Project Management experience beneficial
