About Our Client

My client is one of the world's most globally recognised and loved consumer brands, with HQ in London.

Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting D2C marketing priorities including supporting the full life-cycle communication strategy & content roadmap
  • Support Paid, Owned & Earned marketing teams to deliver targeted, personalised communications to D2C customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Develop, implement & share Global D2C Marketing toolkits
  • Partner with the wider marketing organisation to ensure consistency across marketing plans and all activity has clear conversion & revenue goals
  • Support the delivery of reporting & insights for the D2C Marketing business including both regular trading updates & bespoke campaign analysis
  • Support the development, optimisation & personalisation of our regular customer communications prioritising & creating engaging content to drive revenue through our D2C channels.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrable experience working in a consumer brand, in a digital media capacity
  • Working in a global / regional role is beneficial
  • Experience working across paid, owned & earned media channels
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of marketing for an e-commerce platformComfortable with creative briefing and experienced with performance marketing tactics.
  • Able to work at pace and in a fast-moving and complex environment
  • Confident analysing data and be able to build campaign plans through data led insights.

£350 - £375 a day
