About Our Client
The client is a specialist lender for customers who fall outside the criteria of mainstream lenders. They have 2 offices, one in the city of London and one in south west London where you can work in a flexible manner across both. The overall culture is very flexible and encourages efficient as well as quality work.
The key responsibilities of the debt capital markets counsel will be to review and assess documentation related to Treasury & Capital Markets funding and further to this work collaboratively with external counsel, negotiating and executing deal agreements. There will also be responsibility handed to the successful candidate to work solely of agreements and transactions.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer who has a keen interest in financial services and relevant sectors. As well as this, experience in Structured Finance and Debt Capital Markets is preferred, but not essential.
