A UK based charity going through a digital transformation is looking to recruit a delivery manager to help create a more effective and reliable service across its platforms.
Job Description
Delivery Manager - Digital
- Provide leadership on product strategies and roadmaps.
- Manager supplier relationships to ensure service is not impacted
- Manage and lead the development of an effective multi-disciplinary team which includes product, delivery, UX, BA and data employees
- Effectively manage budgets to support the development of the services
- Manage key stakeholders and communicate all changes across the organisation
- Drive the reliable delivery and ongoing improvement of the services with a particular focus on improving the experience for people calling in
- Making processes more efficient and facilitating continuous improvement based on effective data gathering
The Successful Applicant
Delivery Manager - Digital
- Experience of delivering multiple digital services
- Managed and led multi-disciplined teams to deliver products and services in the digital space
- Experience of working with third party suppliers
- Management of IT change projects inline with company policies
- Experience of working on the end to end project and software life-cycle
- experience of presenting to C-suite stakeholders
- PRINCE2 certified
Desirable - Previous experience of working in the public/not for profit sector desirable
