Job Description

Reporting to the Head of IBP, the Demand, Supply, and Scheduling Systems Lead will be accountable for the successful delivery of the systemisation of the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Scheduling element of the project.

You will lead the implementation of a new and modern planning tool in order to optimise our Demand and Supply plans, working with their selected delivery partner.

This includes ensuring the project delivers relevant end user and customer needs as well as delivering the agreed benefits and KPIs.

You will partner with other functions e.g., Procurement and liaise with subject matter experts as well as senior stakeholders across the central functions and site operations.

Core accountability's:

  • Collaborate with vendor / deliver partner and IBP team
  • Support the build of the planning models
  • Give technical advice
  • Help shape detailed requirements
  • Support unit and user acceptance testing
  • Change management

The Successful Applicant

I'm keen to speak with supply chain professionals who have end-to-end supply chain planning experience within complex manufacturing functions Inc. Demand, Supply, Scheduling and S&OP / IBP.

What's on Offer

The successful candidate for this Demand, Supply, and Scheduling Systems Lead opportunity will be offered c. £75,000 plus package (may be some flex dependent on experience and profile!)
