Job Description
- Assist in defining the Development team's technical strategy and advising on product road-maps and migration plans to achieve strategic goals
- Identify technical and soft skills gaps in the staff reporting into this role, and to ensure that all team members achieve a standard that is expected of them
- Proactively offer guidance and support to colleagues across the business to ensure that best practice is maintained.
- Drive and enhance the deployment process on all environments.
- Responsible for work quality, ensuring it meets the technical standards for all development.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience programming with the Microsoft .Net C# Programming language
- Experience of using SQL Server or equivalent directly via Management interface or software application
