About Our Client
This London based property developer are currently looking to expand their development team due to their expanding portfolio of residential-led mixed use schemes and large regeneration projects. My client specialises in the delivery of design-led, high-quality schemes throughout London and the South-East and this hire will join a collaborative project led team possessing a strong social purpose.
Full project exposure and autonomy on offer supporting the Development / Project Directors to run the schemes with the additional resources and support available. Strong planning experience is required, and the successful candidate must possess the ability to drive a planning programme.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in the residential development sector. A track record in delivery of relevant development opportunities in London and successfully negotiating / managing all aspects of the design, planning, procurement and construction phases is required along with a sound technical understanding of the development process.
