About Our Client
A leading property company, involved in commercial property development, management and a wide spectrum of development projects/JV's and regeneration projects across the UK.
Assemble the project team; identify and appoint suitable consultants
Develop and submit planning application where required
Establish clear project goals; activities and delivery dates
Identify/work with suitable contractors, managing performance
Manage project delivery
Manage quality control, and identify risks and mitigate/manage them
Maintain communication with key stakeholders
Monitor and control project deliverables; manage timelines
Manage projects budget/costs
Where required able to suggest and implement modifications to project timeline
Able to present project status to key stakeholders
Work with Design Teams as necessary, in accordance with project requirements
Identify, network, promote new development opportunites that fit the companies targets
The Successful Applicant
Ideally University Degree or equivalent qualification in construction management or similar
Pereferably RICS qualified, or show demonstrable project experience within relative markets
Experience delivering projects of considerable value and complexity
Commercial, Regeneration and Joint Venture project experience desirable
Problem solving, decision making, organisational skills, communication, influencing, team work.
