Digital Communications Manager
About Our Client
This role requires an experienced communicator with experience and a special interest in digital communications to manage the organisations websites, intranet and social media channels as well as leading digital communications projects.
- Manage the digital and social media channels - advising on best practice, developments and ways of working that ensure the organisation is using its digital channels to best effect.
- Plan and manage the delivery of innovative and effective digital products and campaigns, including large website development projects, intranet development and the delivery of portals and apps.
- Prepare thorough briefs for both external agencies and internal stakeholders and prepare detailed project plans and estimates.
- Analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital communications methods and techniques and advise on changes and adaptations to the use of digital and social media.
