Job Description

The key responsibilities of the Digital Content and Experience Lead are:

  • Lead and develop the digital content and planning
  • Understand UX/UI standards and be able to identify and solve UX problems
  • Support brand communication, build awareness and reflecting values of the business to customer
  • Combine and analyse consumer data to anticipate user needs and increase customer engagement

The Successful Applicant

The successful Digital Content and Experience Lead will need:

  • Prior experience as a UX/UI designer working with HTML, CSS3 and Javascript
  • Experience designing digital content and excellent understanding of good engaging content
  • Experience of a user centred approach to content creation
  • Experience using analytic tools (Google Analytics, A/B testing tools)
  • Understanding of content delivery (design copy CMSs, components, QA)
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, CRM, social media)
