This role is based in Bracknell, with a small amount of travel.
The Digital Learning Director will be responsible for constantly evolving their digital learning suite of products, to ensure that they are ahead of their competition. He/she will also influence the culture shift to integrate digital thinking into the way that the business operates.
The Digital Learning Director will also develop longer term plans for learning technologies, map the market for scalable, relevant learning solutions, evaluate these against emerging requirements and develop a learning ecosystem for the company.
There will be full commercial responsibility for the profitability of the digital product suite, as well as the need to prepare investment proposals for business decisions.
The Successful Applicant
Candidates must have a strong background in Learning and Development, in addition to a passion for learning technology. She/he must be up to date with the trends in learning technology, and have a practical understanding of the challenges in the industry. A commercial acumen must be demonstrated.
Candidates who have previously worked for a digital learning or management consultancy are preferred.
As this is a senior board level position it is expected that candidates will have operated at this level currently/previously.
