About Our Client

Our client is a large and well-known global business with headquarters in central London. Looking to continue to invest in their people, they have a need for a newly created Digital Learning Experience Manager to join the team. As the Digital Learning Experience Manager, you will be pivotal in building a strategy and content to increase digital adoption and continuous learning of employees and increase capability across various topics for a range of employees. Creation of engaging and impactful digital learning experiences. This role encompasses designing, developing, and implementing learning assets that utilise instructional design principles, creativity, and alignment with their values in action, goals, and D & I.

Job Description

  • Shape the learning experience of all learners, influencing learning teams' blended content strategy and delivery.
  • Develop frameworks for best-in-class design, leveraging multiple methodologies and simple processes to enable easy adoption, including data strategies to ensure consistent measurement and reporting.
  • Adopting a learner-centric approach, you will drive the adoption of Learning platform(s), bringing simplicity, visual consistency, and activation initiatives.
  • Enhancing learning experiences by incorporating multimedia elements, such as graphics, videos, and simulations
  • Applying instructional design principles to craft interactive and engaging learning experiences that align with specific learning objectives.
  • Utilising Adobe Suite software to design graphics and video editing tools to create engaging videos for communication, training, and promotional purposes
  • Collaborating with our Learning & Development (L&D) team and subject matter experts to create various learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, video learning, and multimedia presentations.
  • Developing and delivering learning content using a variety of authoring tools
  • Creating and adapting learning content following established design templates and guidelines.
  • Simplifying use and access to technology while making the most of its possibilities
  • You will oversee testing new technologies and influencing platform enhancements.
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure the content curation, learning asset architecture, and learner pathways are accurate and engage the learner.
  • Gathering feedback from users and stakeholders to make necessary improvements to learning content.
  • Using data analytics and measurement for insights generation.

The Successful Applicant

  • This role requires a proactive and highly competent individual who can operate in a fast-paced environment, add value, and wants a career in the L&D specialism.
  • Business international level of English - both written and oral
  • 3-5 years' experience working in a similar EU regional or global role, with a deep knowledge of instructional design and other learning methodologies.
  • Demonstrable expertise in learning technologies (LXP, LMS, etc.) and how to optimise their use for the best learning experience.
  • Experience in Intellum Evolve authoring tool and/or Adapt framework digital learning authoring tool with demonstrable evidence.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent tools for developing learning assets from scratch.
  • Experienced in video editing and design software with demonstrable evidence.
  • Authoring courses using the Articulate suite
  • Apply change management strategies to drive the early adoption and sustainable utilisation of new technologies and content.
  • Analytical mindset, building content built on data to increase the learner experience.
  • Qualification in instructional design preferred.
