Our client is a growing retailer who have seen some fantastic results over the last 12 months and are in the process of expanding the team.
Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day maintenance of the eCommerce website
- Working with the Paid Media lead to deploy campaigns to drive traffic to the site
- Use Google Analytics and website data to continuously improve conversion rates
- Creation and implementation of email marketing campaigns
- Management of social media profiles
- eCommerce platform analysis and reporting through Excel and Google Analytics
- Manage and optimise loyalty scheme
- Work closely with Head of eCommerce to maximise sales
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will need the following skills:
- At least 3 years experience of working within a Digital Marketing role
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Experience of managing a website (ideally an eCommerce website)
- Good copywriting skills and an understanding of the principles of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Ability to gather data from various sources, produce reports and recommend actions
- Experience of working within different Marketing platforms:
- Facebook Ad Manager
- Social Media Management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout etc.
- Google Analytics
- Google Ads
- Marketing Automation platforms such as Hubspot, Klaviyo, Marketo etc.
- Content Management Systems such as Hubspot, WordPress, Shopify, Magento etc.
- Ability to assume responsibility for a task as directed - self-starter
- Team player - a readiness to work as part of a team and support colleagues
- Hands-on approach
- Innovative and creative problem solver
