About Our Client
My client provides award winning villages for later living and are partnered with Legal and General
The key responsibilities of the successful Digital Marketing Manager will include-
Ø Developing and implementing an effective overall digital marketing plan
Ø Delivering a website that fully reflects the user journey in their home-purchasing decision-making
Ø Developing a strategic plan for digital, that demonstrates a forward-thinking, innovative approach to 'what's next' (voice tech, AR, etc.)
Ø Providing digital marketing tool kits for village specific plans
Ø Implementing digital marketing, including an effective website and social media to provide cost-effective sales leads and reservations
Ø Working closely with the Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with cost effective, high quality leads.
Ø Ensuring marketing objectives are implemented in the agreed time frames and to excellent standards.
Ø Working closely with Development management team to ensure effective planning of marketing materials and programs
Ø Ensuring we stand out from competitors in our approach to new technology by always being 'ahead of the curve'
The Successful Applicant
The succesful candidate will have the following skills:
Ø Proven track record of experience with websites designed to deliver cost effective sales leads
Ø Proven experience of using social media to drive brand awareness, understanding and sales
Ø Excellent understanding of digital landscape and technology
Ø Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot innovative opportunities
Ø Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ø Commercial acumen
Ø Excellent communication skills
Ø Quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
Ø Organisation and planning skills
Ø Working to deadlines
