Digital Marketing Officer
Fixed Term Contract until March 2021
About Our Client
To develop the organisation's use of digital marketing techniques to enhance public engagement activity and external behaviour change activity. To oversee the creation and management of paid online campaigns to help deliver the Force's strategic priorities.
Monitor, evaluate and report the impact of digital campaigns in a manner suitable for all stakeholders
Create and manage engaging content for the organisation's website and digital channels
Develop and maintain short and long term organic and paid multi-channel digital campaigns including tactics such as Google AdWords, GDN, social media, remarketing etc
Provide ongoing adjustments and analysis to digital campaigns where appropriate
Analyse online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys in relation to web strategy content and marketing campaigns
Implement and maintain an SEO strategy
The Successful Applicant
Sound knowledge of and commitment to web standards, website accessibility and usability.
Experience of using content management systems
Experience of using customer feedback / insight / analytics in developing responsive communications activities.
Experience of creating and maintaining content for websites, digital channels and digital campaigns.
Experience of co-ordinating organic and paid online campaigns to deliver defined outcomes across a variety of platforms - social, email, search, web.
Experience of analysing and reporting on online user behaviour through the use of web and social media analytics and other data.
