My client are a leading digital marketing & video production agency, on the hunt for a B2B & B2C digitally savvy Account Manager who can take ownership of organically growing the existing client portfolio through up-selling and cross-selling the agency's service offering. The agency work with an incredible roster of international clients - from Estee Lauder and Delta Airlines through to Innocent Drinks and Barclay's Bank. Based in the heart of Farringdon, the team are super collaborative and driven, with a fantastic culture and approach to work.

Job Description

The Digital Marketing Sales Account Manager will:

  • Take ownership of cross-selling and up-selling the agency's service offering to the existing client portfolio
  • Manage client relationships and advise on strategic direction
  • Campaign management across digital media, social, earned and paid for media
  • Offer strong knowledge of paid search, paid social and programmatic campaigns
  • Create commercial opportunities with current clients to maximise revenue growth
  • Client reporting and providing strategic direction for accounts
  • Be actively involved in proposal writing, pitching and presenting
  • Manage, support and develop junior members of the team



The Successful Applicant

The successful Digital Marketing Sales Account Manager will offer:

  • Proven experience of digital marketing and account management
  • Experience working within an agency
  • Proven experience in managing and developing client relationships
  • Designing digital campaigns for a wide varied portfolio of clients
  • A deep understanding of earned, owned, paid, and shared media
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Good understanding of branding and design
  • Proven track record in creating high-end Creative Suite and PPT documents and templates
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritise and deliver calmly under pressure
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and social media
  • Commercially astute with the ability to understand the value of a digital campaign
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Curiosity to work out how to do things differently
