My client are a business services provider based just outside Leeds. Offering hybrid/flexible working and great benefits, my client has a well established in-house marketing team and are looking for someone to bring this new role to life.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Specialist will include:
* Own, manage and plan a range of campaigns in line with the 12-month marketing strategy
* Be responsible for the creation and delivery of customer marketing plans
* Manage new customer activation campaigns
* Create, write, design, produce, edit, and proofread content for external audiences
* Regular use of Dotdigital to build email communications
* Create, send and report on email marketing campaigns
* Campaign reporting, using tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush and Dotdigital
* Working alongside third parties to successfully deliver campaigns on time and on budget
* Maximise value from our agency, third party and supplier relationships
* Work to agreed timescales and control allocated budgets, ensuring funds are used appropriately and effectively
* Host internal and external briefing sessions
* Carry out reviews, annual as a minimum, of all existing 'templates'
* Work closely with the sales and customer teams to co-ordinate activity and provide support
* Build relationships with colleagues and stay up-to-date with industry trends and news
* Review media opportunities, including audience and budgets
The Successful Applicant
The successful Digital Marketing Specialist will have the following skills and experience:
* 2+ years experience a similar marketing role, ideally in a B2B capacity or in agency
* Experience in email marketing campaigns. Experience with DotDigital is ideal.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and quality control
* Strong planning, organizational, time management and co-ordination skills
* Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages
* Good knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) is desirable.
* Ability to analyse campaign data and report on campaign metrics.
