About Our Client
Our client is the British entity for a global Health-care business headquartered in Europe. The company has sales of circa £125m per year.
The successful candidate will be defining, designing, building, implementing and managing digital campaigns across a variety of online and social media platforms to drive customer awareness, engagement, acquisition and retention for core UK brands.
The Successful Applicant
Strong experience across both mobile & web platforms with minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing execution.
Experience of working for an online retailer preferred (but not essential)
Highly numerate, experience of using Web analytics (preferably Google Analytics) to improve the customer experience, improve conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and drive commercial performance.
Experience of leveraging digital marketing capabilities to drive brand awareness and direct response activity (e.g. Facebook Ads Google Ads, etc)
Strong experience in creative production tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier etc) and outstanding written skills.
Experience of working in partnership with 3rd party marketing agencies (where applicable)
Experience of managing budgets and driving strong marketing ROI through effective campaign management.
Experience of working with e Commerce platforms and associated technologies (e.g. CRM, Mailchimp etc)
Experience of working with Online Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, Zalando etc;) with a solid understanding of what it requires to drive success on these platforms.
Self-motivated, ability to work on own initiative with a thorough and organised approach working to constant deadlines
Must be able to effectively communicate at all levels of the organisation.
