Job Description

A successful Digital Merchandising & Content Associate Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing all product and site updates, making CMS updates, merchandising the website, and working on creative concepts.
  • Setting up site promotions including but not limited to; general promotion set up in Magento, promo code generation, exclusion lists, promotional guidelines, countdown timers, pop ups.
  • Test and troubleshoot all promotions before pushing live
  • Management of front-end website content - homepage banners, PLP banners, product images, and video
  • Develop and maintain all merchandising rule and categories based on marketing calendar, key events, purchase behaviour and stock levels.
  • Ensure all pre-order inventory is accurate based on order quantities so we do not oversell

The Successful Applicant

The successful Digital Merchandising & Content Associate Manager will:

  • The office is based in Waterloo where you will be working from on Monday's and Thursday's
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Have experience using Magento
  • Have CMS knowledge and be proficient with Exel to perform v-look ups, pivot tables etc
  • Have a go getter attitude and show a willingness to learn and upskill
  • Be a critical thinker and have a positive attitude towards problem solving
  • Be a collaborative team player and great communicator
  • It would be absolutely awesome if you are a fan of Harry Potter, MARVEL, Game of Thrones and Rick & Morty, but of course it is not essential!
