The scope of the role will include defining and delivering the University's digital platform strategy to increase student engagement, conversion and satisfaction. Working closely with the Associate Director of Marketing (Client Services), you will establish a culture of client servicing and implement agreed standards and processes for the entire team.
Building excellent relationships with internal and external suppliers is crucial to the success of this role. You'll manage external suppliers to ensure a first-rate service is provided to Warwick and develop effective relationships with internal colleagues so that services are procured and managed effectively.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills who is comfortable working with colleagues at all levels across the University. Your background will be in managing web editor and UX teams in a marketing, digital marketing or agency environment, with substantial experience directly using platforms or digital channels to deliver marketing solutions.
The Successful Applicant
You'll have a flair for project management and enjoy managing and delivering multiple complex projects at any time. Working to tight deadlines won't phase you and you'll also be an excellent writer, ensuring content is effectively written and appropriate for the audiences you are engaging with. Although not essential, a professional qualification in digital marketing or a related subject is highly desirable.
