Digital Production Manager

About Our Client

Our client is a leading hospitality brand based in the west midlands.

The Digital Production Manager will be responsible for the following:

Deliver team capacity planning and project allocation activities ensuring appropriate levels of support for the wider Customer Marketing team, Brand Marketing team and Planning function.
Support the optimisation of the digital planning processes including workload management, asset management and their associated documented processes.
Regularly communicate the status of content planning updates to the appropriate stakeholders including all relevant capacity metrics.
Review all delivery projects with content and creative teams to drive process improvement across each area.
Support all planning and work flow management including time lines to deployment for all content delivery [includes web, email, push, and app content delivery.
Prioritise available resources to ensure that the delivery teams complete tasks to agreed timescales / priorities.

The successful candidate will need the following skills and attributes:

Circa 5+ year's experience of working for a large-scale digital production team [agency preferred but not essential].
Capacity management and utilisation best practices.
Experience in managing a large team
Ideally experienced in work flow tools [Wrike] and Asset Management tools [Bynder]
Experience of working on site with multiple stakeholders to deliver campaigns, best practise guidance, training and support
Experience of managing the delivery complex multi-channel, multi-wave data driven campaign programs across multiple industry sectors
Excellent understanding of relational data and database marketing, campaign and reporting tools
