So why this role and why now?Job DescriptionThis newly created director of growth role sits on the SLT and comes with a clear mandate to lead new business across a new region for the group, London and The South of England.Their heritage stems from further afield but 2023 has meant continued growth to c500 heads UK wide and numerous stand out client wins.This next phase now involves extending this successful blueprint UK wide to deliver a commercial strategy that drives growth across the group. What it is all about is driving an agenda that can and will take many forms. To date they've succeeded by having a clear plan around target clients and industries and it's key that this continues.As their Director of Growth you'll be able to demonstrate a recent and successful track record of selling complex 7 figure digital consultancy solutions into mainly CIO's and CTO's. You'll bring a well-developed personal network and be a respected figure within senior circles across the digital and tech industry.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this role you must be at SLT/board level, on the up and itching for a new challenge like this that will both scare and excite you.It's a given that your track record stems from roles in well-respected agencies, consultancies or possibly other digital/tech oriented, service-based businessesYou'll have consistently exceeded sales and revenue targets and built pitch/new business strategies that have led to your teams winning well with a broad range of clients.On top of this you'll love your craft - this role needs to be infectious with the impact felt across the business.
