Our client operate within the leader in Medical Equipment sector and are capitalising on the development of technology within their space and taking market share.

Job Description

In the role of Director of Operations you will develop the strategic and operational function the business during a period significant growth. This will require you to drive business change, implement new service mobilisations and provide high
levels of optimisation and customer satisfaction. You will proactively provide your Operational management experience and skills to enable the delivery across the business unit.

The Successful Applicant

The successful person will meet the following requirements:

  • Previous experinece of an outsourced contract Logistics operation.
  • Leadership experience within a multisite operation that contains multiples functions such as Logistics, repairs, Customers service, Contract Management etc
  • Proven experience of cost optimisation with previous P&L and budgetary responsibility
  • Experience of building, developing and growing large, high performance teams through a period of transformation
  • The ability to work with and implement new and innovative technology
  • First class leadership ability and knowledge, being able to motivate and inspire teams through engagement and inclusivity
  • Experience of Contract management highly advantageous
  • Those with experience within medical equipment, care or interfacing with public sector organisation are encouraged to apply
