Job Description

Reporting to the administration, this person will be responsible for:

  • Control and supervise all the operations of the Unit:
  • Develop efficient strategies to maintain, promote and increase the level of customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure compliance with the defined objectives;
  • Ensure the training and the recruitment of the teams;
  • Control costs and prepare monthly and annual budgets;
  • Participate in the decisions and investments in the financial and commercial area.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal profile should have:

  • Experience in 5 stars hotel or Boutique Hotel Luxury as a General Manager (mandatory);
  • Academic background in the area of the hospitality (mandatory);
  • Fluency in English (mandatory);
  • A high degree of attention to detail;
  • Proactive and dinamic profile;
  • Experience in team management;
  • Having contact with PR in order to make the project visible;
  • Able to fit into a flexible work schedule.
