Job Description
- Supervise and control order picking operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage.
- Manage and motivate a team of up to 20 staff
- Ensure all products are despatched on-time and in full
- Motivate and guide to achieve targets and to work to its full potential
- Ability to make effective decisions in a fast paced environment.
The Successful Applicant
- Strong Supervisory/Leadership experience is essential.
- Experience gained in manufacturing/process industry is also advantageous
- Ability to identify issues, create solutions and implement corrective actions
- Confident, open and honest style of communicating
