Job Description
As D&I Specialist, you will be responsible for;
- Work with the MI team to gather and analyse workforce DEI data, identifying trends and key focus areas
- Design and embed employee network groups
- Work closely with Recruitment, HR Ops and Communications/Marketing Teams to establish D&I initiatives
- Work closely with L&D/Training to incorporate D&I into all aspects of training strategy
- Be the Subject Matter Expert within D&I
- Develop and implement D&I calendar
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will;
- Have a proven track record in a D&I specialist role
- Ideally from HR/Recruitment or Training background
- Up to date knowledge of Employment Law
- Strong influencing skills and credibility to work with senior leaders
- Good facilitation skills
