Job Description

The Divisional Finance Director will partner the Divisional Managing Director and be a key member of the Divisional Board with a mandate for commercial business partnering and supporting strategic decision making.
Full P&L ownership for a profitable Division with a turnover of over £100m and an ambitious growth agenda.
Leadership and development of the Divisional Finance Team with a particular emphasis on delivering high quality financial analysis to operational leadership.
Analysis of new business opportunities to deliver increased market share with a focus on return on investment.
Driving best practice and process improvement within a matrix organisation.

The Successful Applicant

Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with proven experience in a Finance Director or leadership role
P&L responsibility of over £100m
Experience on a Regional or Main Board who has acted as a trusted advisor to a Managing Director / CEO
Highly commercial mindset who has operated as a successful business partner within a matrix organisation
Track record of building or leading a high quality commercial finance function
Open minded approach to travel within the role
