The client is one of the world's largest travel groups with a vast leisure and corporate travel sales network that extends throughout four major regions: Australia and New Zealand, The Americas (specifically the United States, Canada and Mexico), EMEA and Asia

In addition, The client's global corporate travel management network extends to about 90 other countries through strategic licensing agreements with independent local operators.

Job Description

System Analysis

-Diligent analysis of system

-Conduct root cause analysis of errors and work with stakeholders to resolve

Configuration & Maintenance

-D365 Finance and Operations application; maintaining master data tables, setup of user workspaces, invoice/email configuration, customer implementations

Communication & Support

-Provide operational support and training for users of the D365 Finance and Operations application

-Level 2 system support

Productivity & Development

-Support with testing and delivery of system updates/upgrades

-Provide recommendations for system and application improvements

Essential/ PreferredExperience of working in Mid/Back office (ERP) systems

EssentialStrong knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations application

PreferredMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certification

PreferredTravel industry experience

PreferredGDS experience
